How do I play?: On iPhone Duo, open the phone, hold it sideways and fold it inward a little to flap. On other iPhones, and on iPhone Duo when it's closed, tap the Fold button in the bottom-right corner.
The fold doesn't register.: Fold inward from wherever the phone is now; you don't need to open it all the way first. If it flaps too easily or not easily enough, tap the fold setting on the menu to switch between Light (18°), Medium (32°) and Deep (50°).
Why isn't my score on the leaderboard?: Only rounds played entirely with real folds on iPhone Duo are submitted to Game Center. Button rounds keep their own best score on your phone. You also need to be signed in to Game Center.
How do I unlock looks?: Open the Wardrobe from the menu. Each locked look shows what to do, such as flying past a number of pillars or playing in the evening. Progress counts for both real folds and the button.
I bought a look on another device.: Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.
A purchase is waiting for approval.: With Ask to Buy, the look appears as soon as a parent approves it.
Local weather: It's off by default. When you turn it on, the app asks for your approximate location and uses it only to get the current weather from Apple. Turn it off any time.
